Pacific Environments NZ Ltd is thrilled to share that The Botanic Clubhouse and Pool House has been shortlisted for the Te Kāhui Whaihanga NZ Institute of Architects, Auckland Architecture Awards!
Located in the heart of Botanic Silverdale Retirement Village, the Clubhouse and Pool House pavilions promote health, wellbeing and community connection.
In keeping with the village’s botanical theme, these spaces maintain a strong connection with the natural environment – through design, construction and material selection, and where possible, have minimised its carbon footprint.
Since opening in late 2023, the hub has become a vibrant community spot, with locals visiting the Clubhouse Café just as much as residents. This integration with the wider community is essential for the health and wellbeing of the residents, fulfilling our client’s vision of an open and connected village.
