We are thrilled to announce Pacific Environment’s Clearwater Apartments in Ōtautahi Christchurch were awarded the winner of the Mid-Rise Building Category at the 48th Annual Timber Design awards last night.
The judges commented, “This building has provided an excellent example of using engineered timber in a variety of ways to achieve an impressive display of mid-rise architecture and engineering.”
We are really proud of this significant achievement in sustainable timber design and would like to congratulate the team who made it possible.
