The Harcourts Te Atatū Peninsula team were delighted when their new office fit out won best presented office in June 2021. The Pacific Environments NZ Ltd Interiors team worked collaboratively with Harcourts, who were passionate about creating a welcoming, professional space for home buyers and sellers alike.

The sophisticated environment retains a level of comfort ensuring visitors feel comfortable and relaxed in the space. The central open plan area is also large enough that small events can be hosted on-site. Meeting areas, a kitchen, dining space and workstations are all seamlessly integrated into the single level office footprint. Glass partition walls segment agents’ offices to allow for client privacy, without losing light or connection to the main space. Patterned wood partitions in the main office help create zones without disrupting flow.
