The poolside café’s brief was to spatially re-plan the entire seating, servery & kitchen area so it worked as efficiently as possible, to modernise the interior, provide a flow of space from inside to outside resulting in a trendy new casual café & conference room for clients. One consideration was to provide a visual & client link to the pool and overall keeping within a tight budget.
