The master planning and redevelopment of an existing office building (–one of Chase Corp’s first office developments of early 1970’s), into an up-market head office for Arrow International. Work included major exterior facelift after maximising the floor plates, new 2-storey carparking structure, bridge walkway to adjacent NIWA Building, full interior design and fitout for Arrow.
