BRIEF: Evaluate the ‘failed’ stage 1, offer design solutions to maximise development and assist return to profitability.
SOLUTION: Through Master Planning, increase in planning density, from single homes in suburban precinct, to a strong urban development to fit within the wider Whitby environmment and context. Includes stage 1; -3 storied apartment block and common amenities, sacrificing an existing home and opening up the lake front for all residents to enjoy. Among the predominantly single level villas are some 2-storied apartment blocks.
